Muistatteko sadun, missä hiiri teki takkia kissalle. Eipä tullut takkia vaan tuli aina jotain muuta. Niinpä kävi näidenkin lapasten kanssa: aloin tehdä sukkia, mutta muka varren verran neulottuani totesin, että eihän varsi ole tarpeeksi leveä eli ei sitä saa kantapäästä läpi. Niinpä näistä tuli pitkävartiset lapaset Tekele&Tuunauksen keräykseen. Noista tuli mielestäni tosi kivat, joten voi olla, että teen itselle jossain vaiheessa erilaisesta langasta samantyyliset!

Do you remember the story about the mouse who was making a coat for a cat. Finally it was something else but not a coat. The same thing happened with these mittens: I started to make socks but when it was time to start making the heel, I realized that the leg part is too small. So I decided to make long mittens for the homeless challenge. I think they are very nice, so I might make another pair for myself with some different yarn.
